Responsible cleaner wanted for two apartments

Looking for a responsible, organised, experienced person for cleaning and housekeeping an apartment in Vika (also rented as an AirB&B) and an apartment in St. Hanshaugen. This is for a friendly couple who have seperate apartments and divide their time across both.

About apartment at Vika
- 57sqm, 2bed with a living/dining/kitchen area, bathroom and small balcony.
- Rented as an AirB&B and more bookings are coming in recently
- Next to Tjuvholmen and Vika Atrium, short walk to Solli Plass

Responsibilities:
1. Clean the apartment to a high standard matching pictures from AirB&B
2. Housekeeping for new guests = Once one guest departs at 12:00pm, to clean, replace the bedding, put out fresh towels and information booklet for the new guests
3. Give the key to guests if they arrive when you are finishing cleaning, or if they arrive later, drop off the apartment key at 7/11

About apartment at St. Hanshaugen
- 100sqm, 2bed with large living room, kitchen/diner room, bathroom with bath and a small cat living there
- Is the main home and is on 37 and 21 bus route
Responsibilities:
1. One monthly deep clean, which may also include changing the cat-box
2. If there are visitors or petsitters coming to stay, prepare for their arrival (similar to AirB&B, tidy, cleaning, changing bedding)
