# Warm & Flexible Nanny Opportunity for a Growing Family in Norway

We are a friendly international family living in Norway looking for a warm, reliable nanny to support our growing family.

We have a lovely daughter who is 3 years old, and we are expecting a new baby in August. Initially, the role will focus mainly on our 3 year old, helping to create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment through play, outdoor activities, and day-to-day support.

The position will start on an occasional and flexible basis, with the potential to become a regular or full-time role for the right person.

Typical responsibilities may include:
• After-nursery care and occasional pick-ups
• Outdoor adventures, play, reading, and activities
• Preparing simple meals and snacks
• Helping with evening or bedtime routines
• Occasional babysitting, weekend support, and childcare during work commitments

While we are expecting a new baby, the primary focus will initially be supporting our 3 year old. Experience with babies and young children is a plus, particularly if the role develops over time.

For someone interested in a longer-term arrangement, we have a private self-contained annex on our property that could potentially be offered as accommodation as part of a future full-time position.
