Looking for a personal assistant/ caregiver ( BPA )

Hi,
We will strengthen the team ( personal assistants/ BPA/ caregiver) around our handicapped daughter, 12 years old and we are now looking for new employees that are creative, honest, flexible, sporty/ energetic, emphatic and interested in helping others.

We need help from 16-22 everyday in the week after school time, and weekends full days. Playing, feeding, changing clothes, diapers, and helping in all activities. She has several wheelchairs, but use most the electrical wheelchair outdoors.

Our daughter is a happy girl and full of love to the surroundings, her assistants and friends and family, she need help for almost everything. She loves to travel abroad, meeting people and swim in the sea and swimming pools. Our assistants becomes like our family member.

We live in Jar, close to Oslo. The family consist of father that works within real estate, and mother that works for a private military security company and we also have a daughter 3 years old.
